Bulbophyllum fletcherianum is best grown in sphagnum moss, and stood in a tray of water to provide it with sufficient humidity to keep the roots moist.

Bulbophyllum fletcherianum can also be mounted on cork oak.

The Bulbophyllum fletcherianum is best grown in a shadehouse with a minimum of 50% shade.
